System Keep track on CNT(Condé Nast Traveler), Vogue, GQ and AD magazine’s print ,digital magazine subscription, manage Subscribers and their payments etc

Campaign & Offer management

Allows Admin users to create Campaign, Offers for subscription and also the option for Promo code and Coupon Code for Digital Subscription. Can add specific images for each Campaign, docs, and zip in campaign

Complaint Management

The system also provides to manage subscriber’s complaints and track each conversation for each complaint through email. The system is also integrated with the call center through synapses VoIP app to enhance customer support process
